Positive: I picked the Fairmount House because of the location - it's close to where my meeting was. The staff was super friendly and flexible - when I requested to check in one day later than my initial plan, they promptly agreed, which was greatly appreciated. The place was super clean and comfortable with a perfect king sized bed. The neighborhood is very clean and quiet, I didn't hear a thing during the night. The house cat made it even better - I loved the cat who was making friends with us when we checked in and brought joy to our trip. Also, the checkin instructions were very clear and easy.
Negative: Since this is an Airbnb-style hotel, I'm going to write what I think is missing, compared to other Airbnb stays I've had. First of all, there's no smart TV - it's not necessarily a must-have, and for some people it's totally not important, but for me it kinda is - I wish I remembered to ask, but I forgot. Also, our room is really one of the multiple rooms in a big house, for that I think the hotel is slightly overpriced. For the price I paid, I'd expect privacy to myself. The staff didn't tell me if I could use the kitchen/living room, which is usually what I get when I check into an Airbnb.

Positive: It was an unique property that had a wonderful ambiance of being home while also being away from home. The food, owner, property ,and kittens were all amazing. I've stayed at many bed & breakfasts in Ireland, Scotland, Wales, New Zealand, and more....I consider this America's best version to match those experiences. My name is James and I highly recommend if life's path leads you to this area....stay here!!!!

Positive: a Spacious, quiet guest house in peaceful neighborhood. we had a great stay here, out till after midnight and never felt unsafe, big bedroom and bathroom with many amenities. very close to the Mann if your going for a show, and only 20 minutes to downtown. our favorite part was coming home to relax with the super friendly cat that lives here, our host was also very nice.
Summary: Had a great stay with friendly cat! would definitely recommend and stay again

Positive: This was a great spot. It is not a traditional hotel, but rather a large subdivided home in a quiet area of the city. Check-in was very easy, we were greeted by the property owner as well as the human that formally owned the building (yes, the property owner I refer to is the friendly house cat that lives there-I am typically not a huge cat person, but that is a great cat). We had a spacious room with great natural lighting from 2 windows and a nice neighborhood view. The bed was good and sheets pillows and blankets were comfortable and clean. Lots of decorations, a couple chairs, and a real homey feel. The bathroom was nice and well stocked with soap, towels, and personal hygiene items. The room was secure with the ability to take the physical key with you. The location was nice, it was a quiet neighborhood. There are several local pubs and restaurants. We hit a few of those instead of going downtown. Lots of Ubers and Lyfts available in the area. Overall we really enjoyed this place.
